At Silverdale CrossFit we train movement – movement that lets people enjoy whatever it is they’re doing, whether it’s high-level sports, keeping up with the kids, or just cleaning out the garage. These activities all require the full range of human movement such as lifting, twisting, pushing and squatting. We train people to move their bodies effectively, powerfully, athletically and pain-free so they can enjoy life to its fullest.
