After the birth of twins, Carine decided to use CrossFit as a ways and means to regain the strength and conditioning lost due to a multiple pregnancy. What she also gained was self-confidence and learned that she was particularly drawn to the Olympic Lifting portions of CrossFit.
Carine also found that due to her background in science she was also drawn to the nutritional aspect of strength and conditioning and enjoys delving into the ever-changing world of sports nutrition.
Carine is CrossFit Level-1 Certified.

Tierney came to CrossFit a few years ago whilst in Italy. She loved the competitive aspect and the fact that it never got boring. Always something different and challenging. As she saw her strength and stamina increase she loved it even more. During this time she also found yoga. It gave her the mobility, flexibility and mental release from the day to day.
Combing yoga and CrossFit is something she is a huge advocate of and enjoys seeing her SCF yoga students find progress in their lifts with their regular attendance where they focus on balance, breathing and mobility. Tierney has her CrossFit Level-1 Certification as well as her 200-Hour Yoga Certification with additional Extensions Training through CorePower Yoga.

Love at first sweat best describes Jodi's introduction to Crossfit in 2013. She had become bored with her current fitness routine and tired of working out alone. After her first CrossFit workout she immediately dumped long distance running, “P90X” and “Insanity” and has never looked back. Now, in her 40's and having had 3 children, she is in the best shape of her life. She loves that the constantly varied workouts mix strength with cardio and can be tailored for anyone. While her greatest passion lies in the gymnastics movements of CrossFit, she has learned to love the challenge that the Olympic lifts bring as well. Jodi hold the CrossFit Level-1 Certificate and is excited to journey alongside others and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Kevin found CrossFit in 2013 when he was introduced to it by his wife, Jodi. He quickly realized that the CrossFit style workout was not only effective, but held his interest much more than the long distance running regimen he had been using to stay in shape and keep his blood pressure under control. Kevin’s background in football, baseball and power lifting from his younger years made for a natural transition into many of the crossfit movements. Kevin holds the Crossfit Level 1 Certification.
